Pledge Obedience to What?
Written by Andy Friday, June 14, 2013 01:17 pm
I pledge allegiance to the Rule of Law, under the United States Constitution; and to the state constitution, through which we obtain, one nation, under law, obeyed by everyone, mandating liberty and justice, for all.
What does that mean?
It’s all here (http://thefreedomfarm.us/files/the-united-states-constitution.pdf and http://thefreedomfarm.us/files/Indiana-Constitution-Book-1211.pdf.
These constitutions comprise rules that are few enough to know, simple enough to understand, concrete enough to judge of their infraction, and important enough that everyone must obey every one of them without exception, all the time.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Lady Godiva, on horseback, leading a peaceful parade and rally
Written by Jerry Friday, June 14, 2013 12:46 pm

Seriously?
Every day it becomes more obvious that our government has become worse than an embarrassment. It has become a well-armed, secretive, deceitful and increasingly intrusive threat.
Even the press is no longer free. You know that, right?
The question is, what shall we do about it?
Corruption and abuse of power in government is ancient and unavoidable. But the scale of our government, in every respect, is unprecedented. History shows that a small, focused, rigorously limited corrupt government is much better than a monstrous, huge corrupt government. Our founders wrote the constitutions, state and federal, to keep our corrupt government on a leash.
So while the ink was still wet on our US Constitution, and John Adams signed those horrid Alien and Sedition Acts into law, both Madison and Jefferson called for annulment of unconstitutional acts as the remedy in their Kentucky and Virginia Resolutions.
This is needed now more than ever, so we call for such remedy now:
Whereas the plain wording of the 10th Amendment to the Constitution for the United States of America is binding law;
Be it resolved that;
No law, agency, program or treaty that depends upon authority or property not specifically granted by the Constitution for the United States of America shall be valid;
Any agency, treaty, law or program operating outside authority or property specifically granted by the Constitution for the United States of America is null and void;
Unconstitutional laws, agencies, programs and treaties have created both problems and dependencies that will take time to rectify;
All unconstitutional federal powers, delegations, laws, programs, treaties and entities must be phased out within no more than ten years.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Lady Godiva Rides Again!
Written by Jerry Saturday, June 01, 2013 03:26 pm

Lady Godiva Rides Again!
OK, so perhaps it's more legend than fact. But the reason the story has ...legs, as it were, is because it's an all-too-rare story of self-sacrifice and victory against political oppression.
And isn't such a personal victory against oppression exactly the story we need right now?
Let's not fool ourselves any longer. This is no Land of The Free, or Home of The Brave. Our monstrous political/banking crony network creates and thrives on fear, aggression and debt. These corrupt elites are tearing this nation apart, and we can no longer afford to quietly submit to their illegal, immoral and destructive mayhem.
While the disease has many symptoms (war, debt, drones, rising costs and taxes, loss of rights), the disease is ungoverned government. We suffer unregulated regulation, lawless lawmaking – our politicians are breaking the laws that generations of Americans held precious.
So we will submit this resolution to our elected servants, as well as to our fellow Americans:
Whereas the plain wording of the 10th Amendment to the Constitution for the United States of America is binding law;
Be it resolved that;
No law, agency, program or treaty that depends upon authority or property not specifically granted by the Constitution for the United States of America shall be valid;
Any agency, treaty, law or program operating outside authority or property specifically granted by the Constitution for the United States of America is null and void;
Unconstitutional laws, agencies, programs and treaties have created both problems and dependencies that will take time to rectify;
All unconstitutional federal powers, delegations, laws, programs, treaties and entities must be phased out within no more than ten years.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: We're NOT the other guys...
Written by Jerry Friday, May 31, 2013 05:11 am

We're NOT the other guys...
It has come to our attention that there's to be an Open Carry protest starting two hours before our event. It is titled “THE FINAL AMERICAN REVOLUTION : INDIANAPOLIS , INDIANA,” and is, in at least message and method, quite the opposite of our event.
Their event, falling out of a canceled Loaded Rifle event in Washington, D.C. promoted by libertarian radio host Adam Kokesh, promotes the dissolution of government; by violence if necessary.
We aim to be very clear that we Americans have exactly and only what We The People have freely chosen. We see promoting violence as a means to change the government most voters have chosen is worse than foolish.
While we do support individuals' right to keep and bear arms, as well as citizens right to alter or abolish governments as described in many founding documents and constitutions, there is a right way to do that; and we promote the constitutional, moral way:
Whereas the plain wording of the 10th Amendment to the Constitution for the United States of America is binding law;
Be it resolved that;
No law, agency, program or treaty that depends upon authority or property not specifically granted by the Constitution for the United States of America shall be valid;
Any agency, treaty, law or program operating outside authority or property specifically granted by the Constitution for the United States of America is null and void;
Unconstitutional laws, agencies, programs and treaties have created both problems and dependencies that will take time to rectify;
All unconstitutional federal powers, delegations, laws, programs, treaties and entities must be phased out within no more than ten years.
